Better Management and Better Service Lead to Better Development：On the head of Accounting Department's visit to College of Foreign Languages
In thebeginning of a new semester, Mr. Zhang Chuan, head of Accounting Department,pays a visit to College of Foreign Languages for work research on a bright 6th of March, together with Mr. Guo Changshui, who is the vice-deputy of thedepartment, and compares notes with relevant persons in charge and staffmembers of the college. Present at the meeting include Professor Shang Xin,dean of College of Foreign Languages, Mr. Hou Chunlin, Secretary of PartyCommittee of College of Foreign Languages, teacher representatives and relevantoffice members.
Themeeting first sees Mr. Zhang come straight to the point, the first being abrief introduction of accounting-related work, and the second being a hope ofseeking suggestions and advice on improvement of accounting management, as wellas optimization of workflow process, from College of Foreign Languages.Professor Shang Xin, Dean, and on behalf, of College of Foreign Languages,shows gratitude for all the support and help of Accounting Department to Collegeof Foreign Languages. Persons present at the meeting all share their views andopinions on matters like substantiated reform, and how to implement strictaccounting rules and regulations without compromising convenience to staff'sreimbursement members and better utilization of budgets of the College andteachers. Mr. Zhang states, that more research will be made to lay foundationfor the bettering of accounting work, so as to provide more satisfactoryservice to students and teachers.
The meetingreaches the goal of better understanding between different departments of theuniversity, and will promotes cooperation between administrative departmentsand colleges and the development of Shanghai Maritime University.
