CFL Holds the Mid-Term Teaching Quality Symposium for Master Tutors
On May 27th, CFL held the Mid-TermTeaching Quality Symposium for all the master tutors and almost 30 of themattended the meeting.
The meeting was presided by Professor Zhang Yan, Vice dean of scientific research. First of all, Professor Zhang Yan arrangedand described each work item which were required by graduate school for tutorsto complete recently and hoped tutors pay attention to the work timerequirements. According to the requirements of the diploma office of the statecouncil, all the graduates of this year should submit finalized papers after thethesis defense. In case of the selective examination of the diploma office inShanghai, which is quite important and asked each tutor should urge students tomake further improvement to their thesis. Finally, Professor Zhang Yan alsoemphasized the importance of daily teaching management for graduates.
Tutors spoke enthusiastically at the meetingand the atmosphere was active. After listening to the opinions and suggestionsput forward by tutors, Professor Zhang Yan made it clear that those questionsraised by tutors should be attached great importance to and treated andarranged meticulously and the rectification and reform should also be strengthened.
