New forms of learning the spirit of “Two Learns and One Do”
Accordingto party committees of SMU and College of Foreign Languages, teachers andstudents devoted themselves the promotional activities of “Two Learns and One Do”.,i.e. studying party rules and regulations, study and implement President Xi’sspeeches and learn to be an eligible party member.
Onmay 25th, party branch of Business English Department had a lesson on PresidentXi’s speeches. With the topic of being a good teacher with faith, morality,knowledge and kindness for greater contribution to education in China, partymember had heated discussions.
Asfor party branch of undergraduates of 2014 and 2015, they called seven aspects:working for party, introducing perspective party members, helping backwardstudents, taking part in volunteering, joining in research project of partytheory, being a good student, and hosting party activities. All the 10 partymembers of the branch and 33 perspective party members also attended partyknowledge contest organized by shedunews.com
OnMay 23rd , party branch of graduates arranged blackboard newspapercontest on “my most trustful party rule or regulation, and varied forms of partyactivities were explored such as online class, Wechat contest, promotion ofhand written party rules online and visiting SMU museum.
