Job Responsibility Regulations…

• Article 1  Conscientiously carry out every programs and decisions concerning postgraduate education by the sub committee of the university graduate department and degree committee;
• Article 2  According to the requirements of the university graduate department and specific circumstances of our college, regular revision of this master point graduate training scheme, including the subjects and questions of the entrance exam, curriculum adjustment, the distribution of class hour and credit hour, the syllabus of professional courses and teacher arrangement etc.;
• Article 3  Promptly provide the latest news on the master enrollment propaganda aspect to the university graduate department;
• Article 4  Assist higher-level departments to organize the proposition, marking and retest of the entrance examination;
• Article 5  The decision of students and tutors' allocation should be discussed with leaders of each study direction of the master point, according to the tutor expertise, student's choice and other factors to consider;
• Article 6  In the entrance education, the detail specific requirements for professional study should be put forward to freshmen;
• Article 7  Supervise and inspect the course selection of the freshmen, guide them to make the necessary adjustments;
• Article 8  During the period of studying postgraduate courses, their feedback opinions and suggestions should be regularly collected, and communicate with related teachers in a timely manner, to update teaching contents, increase teaching information and quantity, and improve teaching effect;
• Article 9  Conscientiously do a good job in every part of the mid-term assessment;
• Article 10  Assist the college organizes all kinds of academic lectures, graduate  student forum and other academic activities for postgraduates;
• Article 11  The specific requirements and specification of the term paper proposal should be introduced to postgraduates and organize and held the dissertation proposal defense according to the planned date;
• Article 12  In the stage of writing graduate thesis, mobilize all instructors to carefully supervise and inspect the process, provide guidance and help as much as possible for students, and remind students of avoiding plagiarism and other undesirable phenomena;
• Article 13  Confer with the person in charge of each research direction of the master point, determine the thesis defense committee chairman and members, organize the defense in the required time.The defense committee should control the quality strictly, guarantee the quality of degree thesis, timely and appropriately handle with the thesis which does not meet the requirements;
• Article 14  Conscientiously do a good job record and the collection and arrangement of the account, and submit the thesis on time in accordance with the requirements;
• Article 15  The responsible person of the master's degree should be recommended by professors and all the tutors of the subject in related disciplines, undertake the position after the committee of the college. The tenure is 2 years, and can be elected for 3 sessions.
• Article 16  This regulation will put into trial use from January 1st 2012.
