As an associateprofessor with the Master’s degree, her research interests mainly includelanguage testing, pragmatics and teaching methodology.
In 2006, she hasstudied language testing and classroom pedagogy in Warwick University at herown expenses. She also is a jury of the preliminary 21 Century Cup in ShanghaiDivision.
Since 2006, she haspublished almost 10 research papers on such journals as Foreign Language andTheir Teaching, Shandong Foreign Language Teaching Journal, Journal ofNortheast Normal University and The knowledge of English.
She accomplished theproject “Pragmatic Testing and Compound Dictation Evaluation of CET-6” in 2009,which was subsidized by Jilin Ministry of Education. More over, she alsoparticipated in the project “ An Empirical Study of Washback fromComputer-based CET on College English Listening Teaching and Learning”, whichwas funded by National Humanities and Social Science Funds.
She has won manyprizes, including grand prize as an excellent Lecturer in 21Century Cup, thesecond prize on excellent papers of Foreign Language Teaching and ResearchAssociation in Jilin Province.
Now, she is mainlyresponsible for the teaching college English listening, speaking, reading andwriting.
