In order to further study and propagate the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the political study of the faculty and staff of the School of Foreign Languages was held in the lecture hall of the Foreign Language Building in the afternoon of December 4. Professor Zhang Feng, a member of the theoretical propaganda group of the Party Committee of the University, gave a lecture on the interpretation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Feng firstly gave a brief overview of the content of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee from the overall perspective, and then made a detailed interpretation from four aspects: institutional confidence, general objectives, specific requirements, and university governance. Mr. Zhang Feng emphasized that socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theme of all the Party's theories and practices since the reform and opening up; our national governance system is a system and governance system with strong vitality and great superiority, which has developed and evolved endogenously for a long time on the basis of our history and culture, revolutionary and construction heritage, and economic development.
Party Secretary Zhu Yaobin made a brief summary of the lecture and pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is rich in content, logical and profound, and all staff should study and understand it deeply. Secretary Zhu demanded that all staff members should raise their consciousness of curriculum thinking and promote the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee into the teaching materials and classrooms, so as to continuously enhance the persuasiveness and attractiveness of curriculum thinking and politics.
The meeting also made announcements and arrangements on the revision of the college's performance salary distribution plan and the recent work of the college.
