Recently, two more projects of our college have won the public announcement of the 2024 Shanghai Education Science Research Project.


Project leader: Liu Yang

Project Title: Research on the Localization Construction of Social and Emotional Competency Testing Tools Based on Multiple Data Sources

Liu Yang, Doctor of Education, Lecturer. The proposed project, Research on the Localization Construction of Social and Emotional Competence Testing Tools Based on Multiple Data Sources, will make use of the data resources of many large-scale databases at home and abroad, and at the same time, under the theme of Literacy in Moral Education and Five Educational Programs, we will fully consider the characteristics of the actual teaching environment in China and develop localized measurement tools. This study is also committed to exploring ways to expand literacy, condensing effective cultivation models, and expanding the evaluation system of cultivation effectiveness.  


Project leader: Xu Li Rong

Project Title: Research on the Effectiveness of Multimodal Writing for Learning in College English

Xu Lirong, Doctor of Foreign languages and literature, lecturer. Professor Xu's main research interest is second language writing assessment. Her proposed project, Research on the Effectiveness of Multimodal Writing for Learning in College English, takes multimodal writing as a teaching intervention in college English teaching to track the changes in students' English learning motivation and English writing ability, with the aim of comprehensively and systematically examining the effects of multimodal writing on learning and providing ideas for college English teaching reform.
